The "Proper People" go inside the decaying opulence of the Baker Hotel, a 1920's style brownstone landmark in Mineral Wells, Texas. Opened in 1929 as a haven for tourists seeking the therapeutic properties of Mineral Water, the hotel fell on hard times in the 1960's, before finally closing down for good in 1972.
