Welp, it's that time again.

Updates on what is sold will be documented here for posterity.

They have a video trailer this time around, and it does explain where some of that money goes.

Alright, the "Black Market" event has been something of a fiasco. Previously a prime time event, it's now available at weird midday times and (even more strange) super early in the morning. Worse still, the tanks that have been available have been... well, for lack of a better word... lame.

So far, the Lansen C, AMX 13-57, and Mutz have been sold. One of those is in the regular premium shop all the time. Compare that with the previous year when they were selling discontinued tier 10 tanks like the FV215B, Foch 155, and elusive pickups like the Type 59 Gold Edition.

Unless something dramatically changes, I'd say this event is a bust.

Alright, so the Black Market has devolved into a dumpster fire. No one knows when the sales will be, not even Wargaming's North America staff apparently. Further, the deals have been abysmal- with the exception of the Leafblower artillery, everything else has been junk.

The icing today, the Black Market sold the tech tree SU-76G FT, the Chinese tier 4 tank destroyer (that anyone can unlock anytime and costs a pittance of silver), for 15K Gold. Allegedly it sold out. I've got no words.

Thankfully, r/worldoftanks has memes!

So, WOT sold the FV215B-183 again.

The things are thick at the upper tiers, and will be for a while I'd wager.

According to the WOT NA forums (HERE) the "winning" average price for the Type 59G (which looks exactly how it does in the third image) was 60,000 gold, or roughly $240 USD.

Yikes.
