I ran across this on Tumblr, and included the commentary, and I wholeheartedly agree. While the Sherman chassis could be adapted to fit some heavily modified (usually open) turrets to mount 90 millimeter cannons (in tank destroyer roles), the idea of a Sherman with a stock 90mm is pretty crazy.

Is that yhe rev lol?
The Revalorise? The nutty French had thought to mount a 105mm cannon on that, but once again, common sense came through, and they never built them.
