A collection of memelords on Reddit have hit billion-dollar hedge funds in a way they have literally never been hurt before- by taking their bets that Gamestop (GME) would fail, and proving them dead wrong. This has cost Wall Street fat cats at least $3 Billion as of this writing.

This is happening with Blockbuster stock too! If January is a sign of things to come 2021 will be even weirder than 2020.
