So, as you're no doubt curious, what is this place? Who is in charge? Why am I, of all people, here? I'll be happy to answer all of that and more.
So, what is this place? Well, this is FortFantasy, a project that was a precursory project to what has become project Highwind. However, Highwind is intended as a video-first place, and I still wanted a collection center for all my various photos and groups, and intended to use the framework here privately for that purpose. After the "scare" at another site like this, I decided to formally move it to it's domain, and park it here in the event someone stumbles on it and wants to use it, or in the event disaster strikes.
"But Mak! This is clearly a ripoff of another website!" you shout. To which I would say "they are functionally the same, but they are intended for wildly different purposes. I'm using this place to organize my stuff online in a shareable format- as are a number of my friends from around the state and web. The site is using Oxwall, a software I used to really not like, but as it's the one I've the most experience with for this sort of thing, it's what I've got. If there were better alternatives, I'd be using those.
"Is this that thing you hinted about at the other site?" No. That's project Highwind.
"What can I do here?" Whatever you like within reason. No porn please.

How do I make a group?
Go to the groups tab, and click "Create New". It'll walk you through the rest.
