Frank checks out some mysterious tunnels built outside of Los Angeles California, part of a planned "reinforced escape route" out of Los Angeles through the rugged San Gabriel mountains and Shoemaker canyon in the event of a nuclear attack on Los Angeles. Very interesting stuff, check it out!
