Sounds fake lol
It does seem to be prerecorded, whatever it is. Some people in the comments have suggested it might be some sort of automated deterrence device. Taking the mines location along the US-Mexico border into consideration, that seems more worrying than any sort of "supernatural" explanation for the sounds.
