Cars 3 has a good rating. Not a great rating, but a genuinely good rating. Granted, it's only 30 critics counted so far, but I am surprised. Everyone on Skype was pinning this one to start at 40% and that was about it.
What do you guys think, is Cars 3 actually good, or is this just a fluke?
