So, as you may know, Sony has been "expanding" on their classic IP's in the form of cheap CGI movies. These attempts have been met with low groans for the most part, as these franchises would be much better served with new games, rather than lackluster movies.
Thankfully for the people at large, the status for Sony's "Sly Cooper" movie is now up in the air. I like to think that the poor performance of both Ratchet and Clank (the movie and tie-in game) had something to do with this.
So, in summation, I'm doing a victory lap that this film may yet be shut out, and will never come to fruition in the first place. Perhaps decency may yet prevail!
