So, the super bowl is over (congrats to the Kansas City Chiefs), and with that I'm looking ahead to the IFL season kicking off in a little more than a month. At a glance (HERE), it looks like it's going to be a good season!

To kick things off, there's several new teams this year, and (much to my delight) the madlads over in Spokane Washington have organized a team again! Of all the games I've ever watched, the games with the now-defunct Spokane Empire team were always the absolute wildest- with the most violent hits, absurd plays, and utterly one-sided games. They weren't terribly good as I recall, but my goodness they were entertaining to watch. Now, the Empire is back, re-branded as the Shock (which was their original branding before they were the Empire) so hopefully much of their original talent will be back to put on a good show this season.

You are welcome to stand against us, but the Green Bay Blizzard will reign victorious this year, most certainly. 
...or get beaten to a pulp by the Barnstormers, Bucks, Steamwheelers, and Storm.

I haven't yet, unfortunately. I'm hoping to get to at least one this season!

Even the Coronavirus can't stop the Indoor Football League! Kinda. The Sioux Falls Storm take on the Frisco Fighters for a friendly game of Madden 2020. Yes, this is an actual video by the actual IFL.
