The AH-56 Cheyenne was a futuristic attack helicopter developed for the US Army by Lockheed that brought technology to the forefront that wouldn't see widespread use for another 20 years. However, even with funding, orders, and prototypes built, the AH-56 never entered service. Curious Droid explains- enjoy!
