Sethioz is, judging from the long forum posts berating his toxic and vile language and behavior in both Crossout and other games, the perfect nemesis for Chems on the grounds that since Sethioz is so easily upset, Chems will have virtually unlimited entertainment from this guy going forward. Check out chems latest video for a good look at the beef cooking thusfar.
Now, love or hate Chems and his content, he is in the legal right here. Using a clip for review and/or satirical purposes is covered under "fair use" in the United States, and is perfectly legal. That Sethioz would abuse the copyright system intended to protect content producers from piracy to attack what amounts to one of his critics is very telling of this person's character and overall maturity. If you need further evidence, Sethioz posted a rather long response on Chems' video, which is posted in it's archived glory below.

Now, it's long and rambling, but Sethioz makes two distinct "points" in that:
-Chems "stole" his video
-Chems "bashed" his video
As we've already established that showing a clip as the foundation of an analysis, review, criticism, or reaction is covered under fair use, the crying for "theft" is ludicrous- the video was posted publicly, and responses to it are protected free speech. As for "bashing" the video, oddly enough people aren't required to react positively to everything, and attempting to force people to like something, or worse "punish" them for disliking something isn't going to go over well with anyone.
...and it hasn't. Chems has a larger audience than Sethioz does, and they've been spurred to action. As of this writing, most of Sethioz' videos have been spammed with down-votes and comments ranging from simple criticisms of his actions against chems, to flat out hate speech and death threats. It's not pretty, and the damage done to his channel through the YouTube algorithm is undoubtedly immense at this point. The big question now is whether Sethioz will push through with more attacks on Chems, or back off.
To his credit, Chems has taken a rather high road on this one, offering a "build off" with Sethioz, whereby the "fans" will decide who is better. It seems from the comment that this is unlikely to work, but we'll yet see what becomes of this situation, if anything.
Thanks for reading!
