A huge 550-pound undetonated high-explosive bomb was discovered in Glogow Poland, the fourth this year prompting officials to clear out roughly 2,000 people so the bomb could be pulled out of the riverfront for later disposal. As World War Two dropped millions of bombs onto the European continent, the volume of unexploded ordinance lying in now-populated areas is almost beyond comprehension, and it's unlikely we'll ever really see the end of unexploded wartime weapons from some of these areas.
