There is a rather famous railroad bridge in Durham, North Carolina that has an absurdly low clearance of only 11 feet 8 inches, compared to the 15-18 feet of clearance usually seen on other overpass bridges. This means the bridge is too low for most large trucks to pass under. But, they try anyway, usually with demolition-derby style results! Here's a compilation of the top 11 crashes that turned box trucks into convertibles!
