In the latest power grab by a trash-tier publisher, Battlestate Games (developer of "Escape from Tarkov" have gone ahead and issued 47 DMCA takedown claims, arguing misinformation (m'kay) and "Negative Hype"... wait, what? Yeah, a studio is claiming that negative criticism is (somehow) in violation of their copyright to their game. Good luck figuring that one out. YouTuber Eroktic (HERE) has lost about 50 videos. Never heard of this game before.
This was the first I'd heard of it. Not great PR for them, that's for sure.
Also, here's an article from TechDirt on the matter. It's pretty brutal.
