A big "Check this out" as the FCC is planning to vote on the future of Net Neutrality, and pretty much all of them are gloating about how much money, erm, innovation the cable companies will be able to have when they can charge extra for the inevitable slow lanes.

Fight for the Future is at the front again, pushing congress to smack the FCC, as they're about the only ones who can. Help encourage Congress to do something HERE.

The FTC just proved that it is both unable and unwilling to police the Internet in the post Net-Neutrality era, proving yet again that the FCC (and more importantly, FCC Chairman Ajit Pai) lied to the American people that safeguards against throttling would be managed by the FTC.
