I'm really happy. Like, things are bad, but... Activision Blizard has brought untold scores of angry viewers to the disaster unfolding in Hong Kong. The people of Reddit have teamed up with South park to make fun of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping, and finally Activision-Blizzard. How? By turning their various game characters into pro-Hong Kong symbols. Collecting them for reshare below- check it out!

Overwatch is Blizzard's "TF2 Killer" game, and... well, people have made their Chinese character "Mei" into a pro Hong-Kong symbol. This serves two functions- to push the Chinese Government to shut down a very popular game (similar to how they banned Winne the Pooh), and to kick Blizzard where it hurts most. So far, it looks like things are pretty successful.

Confirmed this, Blizzard is issuing bans of "1000 years" on accounts for using the words "Hong Kong", "Protest", and a smattering pf phrases China doesn't like- including Tienanmen Square, Peppa Pig, and Pooh Bear. Chinese censors have arrived on American shores!
