Tomorrow is 4/1/2020, April fools day, or as some TV pundits are already calling it, default day! If people literally can't afford their rents, leases, and mortgages, they can't pay them- this is expected to domino until something serious fails, but no one can agree on what that thing might be. Exciting!
On the meme front, most seem to agree that since April was the month in which Adolf Hitler was born, perhaps it will be Hitler himself who comes as the next plague to vex humanity.

For your historical snapshot, the George Floyd protests reached the White House, where the lights were cut, and the President was placed into the emergency shelter within, fearing that the crowds might breach the perimeter. This has never happened before.
