As I'm sure you've noticed, the volume of advertisements across the Fortress was getting rather ridiculous, and considering our "share" of Google's money was less than a dollar this last month, I've opted to just drop the whole thing. That should improve load times, sight-lines, and the user experience in general.
I'm open to the possibility of an advertisement system again in the future, but for the time being, it doesn't make sense to keep working around a system that gives us virtually nothing in return.
