The plain IS-2 is so powercreeped I can't imagine the new one is really any better.

An actually balanced tank for a change.
From my experience it's "screens" don't do much of anything- it's a reskin of the IS-2. Admittedly, I would prefer reskins of tanks that aren't wildly overpowered then the introduction of new monstrosities, but good luck with that in the current meta I'm afraid.
