I think the season proved that replacing McCarthy was the right move, but that does leave a lot of questions about the state of the team now. Very true. I hope Rodgers stays with the Pack, he's been with us for about a decade now, and as you said, it's not like things are hopelessly broken here. Coaching is going to have to take a hard look at the state of the team though, hopefully they can find what's wrong and fix it.
I think they will. The NFC is weaker than the AFC (mainly because they don't have to play the Chiefs to get to the Super Bowl), so I think within the 2 next years the Packers should breakthrough and get to a Super Bowl barring either Rodgers retiring or significant injuries.
