This is a nebulous image allegedly sourced from eHow (the guys with the how-to site with the really bad art traces of stock photos) that has been making the rounds online basically as you see it here. It's pretty funny in how bizarre and surreal it is. But I suppose it's one of those "it's not funny if I have to explain it" situations.
