Well, everyone expected Pixar's latest to be at least serviceable, but it appears to have capitalized on the rich Mexican culture even better than the Book of Life had a few years back. Critics seem pretty enamored with it, as are audiences, which means this may be one of Pixar's best films of the last few years after all.

Okay, I had a joke planned like a month ago as I fully expected Coco to bomb- seriously, I fully bought into the Tumblr war that this was going to be just as bad as "The Good Dinosaur" so I wasn't expecting much. But, I liked the joke so I'm doing it anyway.

IT'S TOO LATE FOR COCO.

I might also just really want an excuse to share an EJR video...

I would like to see it, I hear it's one of Pixar's better films overall, which is very encouraging.
