When I was in high school, I took several courses in German. In all, I learned the absolute minimum to navigate the basics of living in Germany, such as getting directions, finding food, and how to not talk about world wars; but I digress. Despite years of public school German foreign language instruction, I couldn't follow this for long.

So, I thought to myself "Hey! Run that trash through Google Translate!" and so I did. Here's the first paragraph.
