My favorite line in all of this is this little part here...

A "perfect first premium" tank? Well, I suppose in the broken matchmaker meta we currently enjoy, maybe that is grounded in some speck of truth. However, the idea of a "premium" tank is to have something that can train crews, earn extra silver, and then still be enjoyable to play. This thing, especially at tier 2, is going to take ages to train any crews, will earn a smidge more silver than a stock tank (but less than the T2 light which has a better gun and costs less in the premium shop anyway), and unless you're really looking to just bum around, not all that exciting to play. If you like that sort of game play, odds are good you've already got three stars on the M2 light, and don't need the armor or penetration handicap.

To their credit, Wargaming has backed off the nasty "staggered release" that haunted the L-60 last month, and instead is offering this clunker at an affordable rate with some premium time to hopefully hook some of the more hardcore players who might be swayed into buying it as the tank then is, more or less, free. But, unless you need the premium time, probably best to pass this one by.
