Another artificially "rare" tank from the olden days, the KV 220-2 is simply the KV-equivalent of the Churchill III, but with one serious drawback. While the KV-220-2 has immense hull armor of a Tier 7 tank, it's turret is a stock KV-1 turret, and as such even tier 4 tanks are going to have fun putting holes into it. Going hull down is impossible, and it's not like you can "hide" your turret while exposing your hull for any real benefit. The tank also suffers from slow speed and poor gun handling (a gun comparable to the gun on the Church III), and in a matchmaker that will routinely dump the tank up against tier 6 and 7 tanks, it's a waste.

An expensive waste.
